The Southwest Mississippi Board of REALTORS®, Inc., stands to ensure professionalism, protect property rights and promote the ownership of real property.
Strategic Objectives
Enhance the professional image of the REALTOR® internally to the membership and externally to the public.
Effectively communicate with the REALTOR® members of the Board in order to increase their knowledge with latest trends in real estate and provide value.
The Southwest Mississippi Board of REALTORS®, Inc., shall recognize the influence the consumer has in shaping trends and expectations for the future of real estate by enhancing consumer outreach activities of the Board.
Create a culture of advocacy to be a unified voice on behalf of private property rights and ownership of private property in order to maintain a positive legislative and regulatory environment.
Equip Members of the Southwest Mississippi Board of REALTORS®, Inc., with knowledge necessary to maximize their income potential and to raise the professional image of the REALTOR®.
Provide technology platforms that are state of the art and placing the REALTOR® with the best technology to interact with each other and the consumers.
